Quality management

Your quality management system's records, written as the work happens.

We build your checklists, internal audits, nonconformities and corrective actions, tickets and equipment history on ProOps. It supports the records an ISO 9001 or ISO 22000 auditor asks to see.

The problem

The procedure says the records exist. In practice the checklists are on paper, the internal audit findings are in a spreadsheet and the corrective actions are chased by email. The week before the external audit, someone collects sheets and fills the gaps. The equipment history is whatever the engineer remembers.

How ProOps helps

What we build with you

Step 1

Checklists that follow your procedures

We turn the checks in your procedures into digital checklists with the questions you choose. Each answer carries the name and the time.

Step 2

Internal audits, nonconformities and corrective actions

An internal audit runs on a checklist. A nonconformity opens a corrective action with an owner, and it stays open until the cause and the action are recorded.

Step 3

Tickets and equipment history

Faults and requests are tickets sent to the team responsible. Each machine, with its QR label, keeps its own history. Wireless sensors record temperatures where your process needs them.

Questions

Short answers

Does using ProOps mean we meet ISO 9001 or ISO 22000?

No. Your quality system and your auditor decide that. ProOps supports the records an ISO 9001 or ISO 22000 auditor asks to see: checklists, audits, nonconformities, corrective actions, tickets and equipment history.

Do you write our procedures?

No. Your procedures stay yours. We build the checklists, audits and actions in ProOps around them, together with you.

Is it only for food businesses?

No. The same checklists, tickets, audits and records are used in kitchens, plants, shops and facilities.

Where do we start?

In a demo account. We take one of your procedures, build its checklist and one internal audit with you, and you see the records they produce.

See it on your own checks.

A 20-minute call. We set up your checklists, tickets, audits and machines in a demo account and walk through them with you.
