What the scheme is

It is a grant scheme called the Scheme for the Digital Upgrade of Enterprises. It is run by the Industry and Technology Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, inside the THALEIA 2021-2027 programme, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the Republic of Cyprus.

Applications are made online only, in the Ministry's grants system, during the period set by an announcement. The figures below are those of Call 2025 and the Guide of April 2025. A new call can change them.

How ProOps can help you prepare

  • We write a detailed quote that lists each item and its price, so you can attach it to the application.
  • We describe the software and the sensors in plain words: what they do, where they are used, and which records they replace.
  • When the work is delivered we issue the invoices in your company's name, with VAT shown. You pay from the company bank account so the statement can show it.
  • Ask us whether your ProOps setup fits the current call. Check the official call guide: it decides, not this page.

A 20-minute call. We set up your checklists, tickets, audits and machines in a demo account and walk through them with you.
